After submitting your request, I will review all of this information to ensure it’s the right fit for my skillset and artistic style. Providing my clients with the best possible experience and art is my top priority. As such, your request may be declined if it doesn’t align with my current scope of work or if I simply do not have enough time to accommodate your piece.

Please provide as much detail to the below questions and be sure to include inspiration/reference photos so I can understand your vision. If you have more photos to share than allowed in the form, please send them to moonfallink@gmail.com.

It is always my goal to create the design you see in your mind, please also remember that creating tattoos requires lending artistic freedom and professional judgement to me, your artist. If you haven’t done so already, I encourage you to scroll my instagram to make sure my style aligns with your vision.

Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received. Submitting a tattoo request does not guarantee an appointment. As much as I would love to see every single person who reaches out, this is an impossible task (trust me, I’ve tried 🙃).

If your design is accepted, you will receive a response via email along with a link to book. Approved responses will receive a response within 1-2 weeks. Please keep an eye on your junk/spam folder for an email.
